We are delighted to report that despite the national and local trend, Edenham High School’s headline figure has again risen representing significant progress. Students achieve a third of a grade better than those nationally of similar ability. 

GCSE Headline Results 2021/2022

• Progress 8 Score = + 0.27
• 73% of students in English achieved A* – C 
• 68% of students in Maths achieved A* – C
• 60% of students passed both English % Maths
• Attainment 8 = 4.64

Sixth Form A Level Examination Results 2021/2022

Sixth Form achieved some exceptional A Level results
92% of our students achieved A Levels A* – E

Our A Level progress measures were equally as impressive as our GCSE Progress Scores. A Level value added was + 1.65 which is outstanding and shows that students achieve 1 ½ grades more here at Edenham compared to similar ability students in other schools across the country.

Students at Edenham‘s Sixth Form achieved improved grades compared to last year’s results with A level and BTEC results increasing by 7% and a remarkable 61% points respectively28% of grades were A*- B and 92% of our students achieved A*- E, an increase from last year.  Furthermore, a record number of students will continue their studies at their first choice university.

Our top student, with an exceptional individual performance, is Head Boy Marco Fabus, gaining a remarkable 4 A* grades. He scored full marks  (100%) in all the Maths exams he sat. He will be the first Edenham Sixth Former to get into Oxbridge where he will read Physics at St John’s College, Oxford. 

Additionally, the results of BTEC Sport were exceptional with 100% of students gaining Distinction*/Distinction*. This continued outstanding performance champions the opening of our new 6th Form Football Academy starting this September, in partnership with Bromley Football Club.

The Sixth Form at Edenham High School continues to grow and the achievement of our students is a reflection of their hard work and dedication to their studies. The Sixth Form leadership team and all the staff wish our students the very best in their future endeavors. Congratulations and well done everyone!
